The staff were super friendly. They allowed us to come early to drop our bags and then just let us check in as the room was ready maybe 3 hours earlier. Whenever you WhatsApped them they responded within minutes. The car park they are associated with wasn't sure what I was talking about with regards to the discount so the team called them and sorted it straight away. I saw some reviews of people not being able to find it / access it. I don't understand as the address takes you to the front door, there is a professional sign with the phone number / WhatsApp. Again, they answered in minutes.
