It's an amazing place in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of good restaurants and cafes around. It is easy to get to the city centre. The room is comfortable and clean, and the staff are great.

Great location and easy to get to the centre. About 20 minutes by bus. Cosy and less busy than the centre of the city. Close to the shop, restaurants and a cafe. Nice property and helpful staff. The only improvement I would suggest would be the temperature of the room. We had the basement room and it was very stuffy and hot. The fan was broken and the replacement didn’t provide much relief.

Very nice place and very secure to stay in. The host gave us a leaflet for a small cafe approx. 100yards down the road this place is excellent for service and food as well.

The host was very hospitable and friendly and he directed us to the best and nicest places in Rome! The room was in excellent condition and the hotel is in a perfect location. A bonus is that if you’re walking in to the city centre, you will walk past the most amazing Gelateria, Guttilla (definitely worth a try!) We will definitely be coming back and staying at Guest’s heaven if we are going back to Rome!

The location was great. Close to the metro and restaurants in the neighborhood. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for me and my family. The owner was very nice and attentive and he made sure our stay was pleasant.

In a quiet location, with very friendly staff speaking good English, close to the "main" road that goes to the centre with several bus stops nearby and on the way. Only a few steps to the place, so we managed to pull the baby stroller up quite easily.

The room was very clean and we were thankful for a single bed each instead of the usual double and single combo that we found in most places. The decor was modest but the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was cold. The bathroom exceptional with a deep tub and the shower pressure was great! We really want to thank Angela and Simone for such a wonderful stay - they even decorated the doorway for my youngest's birthday as a surprise when we returned from dinner. They went above and beyond with any assistance they could provide. It was about 15 minute bus/train from the main part of Rome, however we still found it easy to trek all over Rome and return each night. This factor also turned out to be a bonus as we explored more local neighbourhoods and found some amazing places to eat and we even had a discount at our local cafe for staying at the guesthouse.
