Our stay was absolutely outstanding. Francesco was truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had—extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. He went above and beyond by giving us great recommendations for local bars and restaurants, which made our entire experience in Rome even more special. The apartment itself is beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. The cleanliness was exceptional, with the room cleaned daily to a very high standard. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, and a big part of that is thanks to Francesco. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome and would gladly return again.

Francesco is a great host: all smiles, interested in everything, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. He's happy to share his best tips with the guests. The place looks nice and it’s very clean. It’s located in an older but elegant building featuring a small but reliable elevator. The neighborhood is just lovely: quiet residential area with supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants but very close to the metro (and also a lot of buses stop nearby) and only a few minutes walk from the Vatican.

We had a great time at the Guest Roma house. Accommodation is clean and comfortable and Check-in and check-out processes were easy. Francesco is very friendly and attentive and made us feel welcome! He also guve us the best tips about Rome and local restaurants. I definitely recommend this place!
