Comfortable and clean rooms. They actually are better and bigger than they appear on the photos which was a nice surprise. Good communication from host, did a self check in which was easy. Good location, only 5 mins from train station and hop on buses

Excellent location, close to Termini Station but also walkable to the centre of Rome. Room was clean and had everything we needed for one night.

I stayed here for one night and had a really smooth experience. The owner was super kind, explained everything clearly, and even let me check in early since the room was ready. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Termini Station and close to a supermarket and restaurants, which made getting around and grabbing food very easy. As a solo traveler, I really appreciated how safe I felt. The apartment is secure with good locks, and the area felt calm and comfortable. The room had everything I needed: a comfy bed, clean bathroom with a nice shower, and air conditioning—which was a big plus in the summer! Another small but important thing: after checking out, I was still able to leave my luggage there for a few hours before my train. That’s something I really appreciated—especially since in a lot of places, once you check out, that’s it. It saved me the hassle (and cost) of finding a storage locker, and it let me enjoy a few more hours exploring Rome freely. Just one thing to note: the room doesn’t get natural daylight. There is a window, but it’s covered by thick blinds, so it can feel a bit dark. It didn’t bother me personally, but something to keep in mind if daylight matters to you. Overall, a great, simple place to stay in Rome—especially if you’re traveling alone.
