Loved everything about the property. The communication was excellent and Cinzia was such gracious hostess. The room was super clean and was cleaned every day. By the time we returned from our daily sightseeing trips the bedding was changed, fresh towels were put in the bathroom and we returned each day to a room smelling gorgeous and spotlessly clean. The tram stop was literally at the doorstep and took us within minutes into the heart of the city. The best homemade Italian food can be had next door to the property at the‘Pizza in Trastevere’ restaurant. The property is surrounded by wonderful restaurants, cafes and gelatarias. Overall, one of the best places I’ve stayed in. I will definitely be staying there again. Gracie Cinzia.

Very clean, comfy bed, good AC, very nice staff (family owned i guess). Tram number 8 stopped outside the gate and took you to central Rome in like 5 minutes.

The host was very friendly and helpful. They helped us arrange a taxi drive for early morning of the departure day, it was good value for money and custom-tailored approach. They gave us recommendations of a few good places to eat in the neighbourhood, on a map, which was nice.

Its location is very good to sightseeing in Rome! Near the bus stop and there are some restaurants around there.
