We were very satisfied with the accommodation—it provided an excellent experience in every respect. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. We would especially like to highlight that we were able to leave our luggage at the property upon arrival, which was a great help, and we could also leave it there for a longer time on the day of departure. This is extremely practical and a rare level of flexibility. The host was very kind, attentive, and helpful, responding quickly to everything and supporting us throughout our stay. We can only recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to stay in Rome.

Very good location within walking distance of Rome Termini. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby and the whole area was less frenetic than the centre so after a day of dodging tourist groups in the centre near the sights, a pleasant place to spend a quieter evening. The accommodation was peaceful and very little noise within the building itself. The kitchen had an eating area and communal fridge and lots of utensils. A kettle would be useful, though I used the microwave.
