Loved the location and close proximity to the metro. Was perfect for my partner and I who were out for most of the day and just need a good, clean, secure, solid base for the days we are in Rome for an affordable price. The host was lovely and showed us everything we needed. Again, the property is super secure which we really appreciated.

Everything was great! The owner let us do a very early check in at 9:00 in the morning, was very helpful. Location is top just 10 minutes from Colosseum on foot. The room was clean, warm, hot shower and all other necessities.

I stayed here for 5 days with a friend and overall we had a really nice experience. The place was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. We especially appreciated how clearly everything was explained in the terms of service from towel usage to house rules which made our stay smooth and stress-free. Overall, we’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a well organized and comfortable stay!😊
