Obviously the location if you’re looking for smack in the middle of the center. I had a lovely suite with a very comfortable bed and nice clean bathroom.

Location by the Spanish steps is great but you know that this is a busy location. The room was quiet though and one did not hear the street sound so much. Having the air conditioner was great as we were in Rome on a hot weekend. The receptionist was kind and very agreeable. The breakfast was simple and it was a great expresso shot every day. Highly recommend this place.

Great location and staff. Their restaurant is very good. Very close to metro and Spanish steps and great location to walk that part of the city.
