The receptionist, Steve, was very kind, hospitable, and welcoming to us. He offered us a free upgrade for the room and gave us nice treats. The room is exceptional and clean.

Stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting Rome. Mabri the owner was very friendly and gave us a map of Rome upon arrival and a list of places he recommended us to visit- including a place selling amazing gelato! Beds were comfortable and the location is perfect with it being a 5 minute walk from Roma Termini station.

Price (for a 3-bed room with en-suite) was good for a major European capital city - we had no need for on-site dining, so the room on its own was perfect. Location (near Termini - the central rail, underground and bus hub) was ideal for getting to and from the airports and around Rome itself. We used a cab-hailing app with great ease since there were always cabs in the area. The location enjoys numerous good/excellent restaurants. Jonny, the concierge, was extremely and proactively helpful.

It was good value for money. Room and bathroom was clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Daily clraning was also ok.
