When I booked this place, I didn't expect anything special because I knew the price was one of the lowest on the market at the time. When we arrived, we walked to the hotel's original address, and from there, the receptionist took us to the Viennese Hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities: there was a small shelf for hanging clothes, a table, a refrigerator, TV, air conditioner and a private bathroom with a few toiletries. There were enough electrical outlets, and there was also a spare blanket. The room was bright, with windows facing the courtyard, but that didn't matter to us. The hotel and our room were also very warm, which pleased us. The place is on the second floor, there is an elevator, but it is small and old, and we did not use it because it was easier for us to go up on foot. When we returned home one day, we met the cleaning guy, and he was quite friendly and offered to clean our room because he hadn't finished his work yet. Towels were changed every day and the bed was made.

we liked the location as it was close to roma termini and tourist attractions. also, we liked italian food , which we tried in different food places near the hotel. the neighbors were friendly, people around us were very accomodating.
