The lady who I think was Delia was great. The room was good and the bed wonderful especially after the last bed we slept in the night before. Breakfast was small but good. There was a lift to our third floor room. The apartments were very close to Termini and we were able to catch a bus directly from there to where we were going. It was also great to have 2 chairs so many places you book for 2 but there is only 1 chair.

This is an absolute little gem - super close to Roma Termini, great coffee shop across the road and delicious restaurants downstairs. Quiet, spacious room and comfortable beds with a fantastic host Delia. I would choose this place again any day of the week over a busy hotel. You won’t be disappointed

The property is great. Close to the central station and also close to the city center. The area is busy with good restaurants and mini-markets around. The best part is the host and her breakfast. Highly Recommended.
