The location is very good, the accommodation is clean, the bus stop is 5 meters from the place. Great bar for breakfast is just underneath. The host - Valentina - is very attentive, she offered an upgrade for our family, which was much appreciated. Highly recommend this place to stay in Rome and definitely it will be the place for us next time.

The room was spacious and had a nice balcony, which was a big plus. The host was very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was cleaned every day and we got fresh towels daily, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Location for visiting St Peters and Vatican was excellent with a bus to Termini Station outside your front door. Bed was very comfortable, room was quiet, spotlessly clean and goodies were provided with tea/coffee making facilitiy in a communal area.

Location was amazing. Contact was excellent. Attention to detail was excellent felt very safe and was reasonably quiet. Lots of restaurants and bars around and close to everything. Couldn’t really fold the property.
