Lovely little B&B in a fantastic location only 5 min walk from the Vatican. The host is lovely and met us on arrival to explain everything and give us lots of great food recommendations. There are only three rooms, so it is nice and quiet and it is air conditioned! (which was essential during the heat wave).

Great location for access to the Vatican and the metro to get to the city centre. Simple but ample breakfast of yogurt, toast, cereal, coffee, muffins, juice etc was provided. Each guest had an allocated shelf in the fridge. A coffee machine, toaster, fridge/freezer, and microwave are available for guest use. The use of the fridge was great to save money by buying groceries instead of always eating out. The room was spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning was a life saver in the July heatwave! The wifi was included in the price and worked great throughout the property. The host went above and beyond to make sure my stay was exceptional. This is one of the best places I have ever stayed and I will definitely be booking again if I ever come back to Rome.

Fantastic location and even more fantastic hosts! It is a quiet and safe apartment (with life-saving air conditioning) super-close to the Vatican and St. Peter's. Cafe's, restaurants and shops are around and the Metro stop is a 2-min walk to directly get you to the city center. Also, Chiara was so helpful and we could leave our luggage even after checkout and were very well taken care of :-) Nice common kitchen with facilities to have breakfast and even lunch or dinner. Highly recommended!
