We had a perfect stay at Fellini Design Suites in Rome! The location was absolutely excellent – just a few seconds walk from the Spanish Steps and close to so many of the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and shops. It made exploring Rome incredibly easy and enjoyable. The apartment itself was stylish, clean, and very comfortable. One of the most impressive features was the incredible sound isolation from the busy street below. Despite being in such a central location, the apartment was wonderfully quiet, allowing us to relax and sleep peacefully each night. Our host was exceptionally responsive and welcoming, and the staff was just as impressive, helpful, kind, and always available when needed.

I stayed in this apartment with friends in June 2025, and it was without a doubt one of the best decisions we could have made. The location is perfect—just steps from the Spanish Steps—yet remarkably quiet and peaceful despite being in the heart of the city. The building is securely locked, which gave us a real sense of safety throughout our stay. The apartment itself is comfortable, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed. What truly sets this rental apart is the host, Fabio. He is genuinely warm, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure his guests feel welcome and well looked after. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment.

Spacious and cozy room, comfortable bed, great shower. Overlooking the lively piazza di Spagna, great area to explore. Fabio is a wonderful host, very considerate and responsive.

The property was conveniently located next to Piazza Di Spagne - easy walking access to all the tourist attractions and shopping districts. You could easily take the metro (50m walk) and/ or get a taxi from around the corner. The room itself was very large, the mattresses and pillows very comfortable and bathrooms large in size. Highly recommended!
