Everything was exactly as expected—from the convenient location just a couple of minutes from the Vatican and nearby metro station, to the kind and welcoming host. The place was also very clean. I highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Marianna’s place! Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The location was peaceful and convenient, and the room had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Marianna was an amazing host. Friendly, polite, and always available to help with anything we needed. We highly recommend this place and would definitely choose it again for a future visit!

Nice room, clean, well organised, has all the features you need. Marianna was a great host. I'll definitely come back if in Rome. The tube is a small walk away.

We loved it! From start to end it was a beautiful journey. Great communication with Marianna (How to get there, how to get to airport smoothly, and things during stay), her Co-Worker is awesome (good advices where to go f.e. shopping). Were also able to leave our luggage after checkout. Big fridge in the common doorway to keep things cool (we always buy a lot of stuff in supermarket). So near to Vatican and City Centy (either walk or nearby metro station / bus). Will definetly go back next time to this place whe heading back to Rome.
