This place is a great find, a sophisticated boutique hotel all on one floor of an apartment block, and I will stay again when I am next visiting the Vatican. It is just outside the walls, with plenty of eateries close by, and good shopping, too. It's near a Metro to get to all the other sites of Rome, and easy walking distance from the coach stop arriving from Fiumencino airport. The staff are absolutely amazing - nothing is too much trouble for them - they want to help you enjoy your stay and feel at home. They are fluent in several languages, and eager to share their knowledge of Rome and the Vatican. The bed was very very comfortable - I slept really well - and it's easy to change the temperature of the room to make it comfortable - warm or cool as you prefer. A very spacious and powerful shower with space to put your toiletries and an exceptionally clean bathroom. Good lighting, too - easy to do my makeup!! Nice fruit teas in the room, and coffee available in the morning in Reception.

The owners were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is located in a charming neighborhood and public transport is very accessible.
