Location was perfect 👌 Very close to Coloseum and restaurants. Apartment was nice and clean. Highly recommended! Good communication with the hosts - Fabrizio and Anna. Anna was very friendly and helpful, she served our breakfast to the room :) Thank you from Kubit Family :)

This hotel is wonderful in every sense of the word. The location is excellent, and everything you need to visit is within walking distance. The owner is very understanding and extremely helpful. He contacted me one day before my arrival and provided everything I needed. Check-in is very easy, as you receive a clear and simple access code. Many thanks to him—I highly recommend this hotel.
