Very close to the Vatican and nice walk (or taxi) across the river to colosseum. Staff all very welcoming, left us to it which we like. Coffee machine with delicious coffees every morning and fresh pastries if you wanted them. Room tidied every day (sorry my daughter is messy) Over the road from a restaurant. On leaving you just pop your key in the bowl and I messaged Daniele to say we had left and he sent me a lovely video of Rome as a memento of our trip. So sad to leave! Will be back

Location walking distance from vatican city....nearby metro just 350 m away and has very good network to different parts of the city...Daniel very friendly. We checked in very late...past midnight...he came personally just to check us in...was very helpful with directions and advice... breakfast was simple but very filling...he brought lovely fresh croissants and cakes for breakfast every morning...room decent with decent space ... working ac, hot water for bath, working wifi... Daniel also allowed us to keep our luggage safely after checkout time as our flight was late in the night... happy to stay again and can recommend to others
