The facility was nice and clean. The person who met us was very polite. It was nice to be able to deliver our luggage in advance.

The staff, (Yulduz especially) were really nice and helpful. Great location, not too loud and the old lifts were an experience!

The room is clean and well maintained and the AC was appreciated. It is very well placed, minutes away from the red metro line and many bus stops while on a calm street away from the saturated centre. The staff is kind, responsive and facilitating.
