First visit to Rome and the nicest welcome from Paolo when we arrived. Breakfast round the corner at a local bakery was very pleasant and friendly, perfect location for everything there is to see, 40 minute walk to the vatican and coliseum and lots of amazing bars/ restaurants on your doorstep The room felt super safe and secure. Would not hesitate to recommend this apartment. Thanks so much for making our stay in Rome absolutely perfect 😊

This hotel was a gem of a find. It's perfectly located in the heart of Rome. All the major attractions are easily walkable. Our room was perfectly clean and had all the things necessary to make our stay comfortable. The spa facilites were an added bonus. We had a great couples massage and the use of a jacuzzi. Then the absolute best part... Paulo, the owner. He was such a lovely guy with tons of local knowledge. Listen to his restaurant recommendations. He told us about an absolutely amazing restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday. Overall, I can't rate this place highly enough.

The room was not so clean (bathroom) and there is no slipper in the room. The room is small and there is no free place for bags. The location is nice.

Perfect location, just off the main shopping area, so most tourist sites are within walking distance. The spa was accessible but you need to book In advance, great at the end of a long day.
