The location is excellent and super safe, close to every where and famous restaurants, all staff are really nice and welcoming (eg. prepare coffee), room is clean and has all the stuff we need!! Valeria is so sweet and helpful, she sends me detailed information about check-in and how to collect my key before I reach, gave me the Google map list that she made about best places to eat and visit. She also helps us switch to a superior room for free as someone cancelled it. We had such a wonderful living experience here. Will definitely come here if visit Rome again!!

Was one of my favorite stays in Europe trip. Mainly because of the PEOPLE working here❤️❤️ Especially Valeria!!! 😇 She made me feel like home in Colosseo apartment! And even better than at 🏡 Thank you , dear Valeria ! You’re born to work with people, because you make them feel cared and valued! The breakfast was amazing too ☕️🥐 Also, the location is great 🏛️ And the cleanliness of the place is 10 out of 10 🧼👏 I’ll stay here next time I’m in Rome for sure!

Excellent location. Walking distance to everything but just out of the crowds to be quiet which is honestly what you want! Now I like a crowd but we were in Rome at Xmas and you actually couldn’t move because the crowds were so thick. This way we got to walk in and walk back to our amazing room. It’s situated in an historical building which is very cool. The bed was very comfortable, room and hot water super warm. I am really glad I stayed here and just to walk out and have the Colosseum at the end of your street! Priceless! Yes stay here it’s great!
