The room was pretty clean but location is bit tricky to find.

The location was very good. The GuestHouse is situated in a very beautiful location. Around there are too much plants, trees, parks. From the front of the GuestHouse you can pick a bus and go directly to Termini and Tiburtina. Inside it was very clean and the guests all were friendly. You can use coffee machine for espresso. In the kitchen there are all facilities.

The position is great, extremely well connected through buses, trains and subway. The area is quiet and plenty of restaurants or other useful shops

Nice place, clean and decent, kichen was usable I actually cooked some meals for me & my son. I extended the stay for 2 more days!
