The communication with the host via the Booking.com app was super smooth and efficient. The accommodation is an apartment on the 4th floor of a nice building in a nice part of town, shared between at least 2 south-facing rooms (possibly 3, I couldn't tell), each with its own bathroom across the hallway, all individually lockable. There are shared kitchen facilities, equipped with the basics (salt, frying oil, instant coffee and teabags), some beverages and a full fruit bowl. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious. There is a concierge lady at the bottom of the building who was so friendly and especially helpful on the first day. The location is brilliant - lots of shops and public transport nearby, but also about 30 mins to walk into the historic centre.

Our host was lovely, very happy to help and offered very clear directions by text. The kitchen was extremely nice and had everything we needed. We were in an excellent location, very close to buses into the centre and an easy walk from restaurants, supermarkets, and the Vatican.

The location is great. The room and the bathroom are big and spacious. Mr Andrea kindly gave us all the instructions and city tips and permitted to store the luggage after check-out. Very good accommodation for the price. We will definitely come back

Great location. Near to everything you could wish for. Very helpful staff. We were able to leave our bags on our last day. Some fruit and drinks in the fridge were a nice touch. Our second stay and I expect we will return.
