Exceptional stay – highly recommended! We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hosts were extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. They regularly checked in to make sure everything was fine and that we felt comfortable, which made us feel relaxed, at ease, and truly looked after. The location is excellent – convenient and easy to get around. Communication was quick, easy, and very friendly, and everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would happily rate it 10/10. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again!

The location was excellent, very close to the Vatican, which made it very convenient for our family stay in Rome. The staff were very kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. They showed genuine care in making sure everything was to our liking, and we especially appreciated that they provided a gluten-free breakfast option. Their friendliness and willingness to help made our experience even more enjoyable.

The location is perfect and just a short walk from the metro (<10mins) but also a short walk from The Vatican. Actually that walk is shorter than the queue for St. Peters! Margherita is an exceptional host, thank you, who met us at the lift and went out of her way to assist us throughout our stay.. Without her our queue at The Colosseum would have been embarrassing for my wife - "Did you bring the photo I.D. I recommended honey?" Eh, no! ...but you can ask Margherita to send us photo of passport! You came to our rescue within seconds, thanks again Margherita. Divorce cancelled :-) A lovely breakfast was at our door each morning with a coffee machine in the room and 'fantastic coffee', water, chocolate bars and a couple of Peroni all free gratis. "Grazie mille Margherita!" The room was spotless and the rain shower is fantastic and suitable for ambulant disabled with level access. May I suggest a door stopper at the entrance door. When I opened it the first few times it banged the wall - Sorry. There are no marks on the wall so I'm may be unique 🤓 The water machine wasn't working but we had plenty in the fridge. BTW: You can't fix it if you don't know its broken! ❤️ We are going to make a booking for our elderly parents (late 80's) without reservation!!! [Per se] If you are my best fried I will recommend here and wait to hear your words. I'm Irish, I've travelled, please tell me anywhere better in Rome.

We spent a week in Rome and chose Catone Luxury Rooms as our accomodation.This was the best decision: a small but modern appartment, well and functionally cut in a more quiet neighbourhood, just like we wanted it to be.The communication with the host was easy anytime via Whatsapp. Our highlight was the breakfast trolley in front of our door each morning.There was a water dispenser in the corridor for everyone to use and an espresso machine and tea in the room. Room Service was available every day. We really liked the house and the Prati neighbourhood, only seven minutes to St. Peter's Square and a subway station and the Trionfale market close by. We definitely recommend this appartment and like to come back one day. Sandra and Arndt
