Lovely room in an old building. Exceptionally friendly staff. Looked after my bag until my room was ready and put my bag inside for me. Elevator (4th floor). Fantastic location, 10 min walk from Rome Termini train and bus station. 3 min walk to Metro station. Metro goes directly to Colosseum stop. 3 min walk to bus stop. 492 bus goes directly to Trevi Fountain and Vatican Museum stops.

My room was nothing like the photos, it was better. The room was grand, with two levels. It was spacious and clean. The location is extremely convenient being in walking proximity to Roma Termini station and another one that links the city. It also has a lift, which is a big help.

The staff was very friendly and available at all times. The overall quality was okay and the price was great for the location, it's in the city centre. You had to check in in a different place, it was communicated well and multiple times. The building was fine, old-fashioned furniture and aesthetics. Wi-Fi was working fine. Old but working elevator in the building.
