The property is in an excellent location close to the major sites in Rome and really close to a lot of great restaurants. There are two bedrooms which are clean and tidy. The sheets are clean and in good condition and the beds are very comfortable and in good condition. The air conditioning in both bedrooms and the kitchen/living room are really good. There are plenty of clean towels and the bathroom is good with a good shower facility. Great location for a family to see major sites and good value for money. Fabio is a good host and will organise airport collection for you.

The location was fabulous so close to so many things. We walked everywhere to all the top places. Had the pick of heaps of restaurants. The host was a great communicator, and gave a number of suggestions when it came to eating out.

We liked the apartment - perfect size for a family. Small food stores in the immediate vicinity plus numerous dining options. The kitchen had necessary utilities and the host promptly delivered a toaster when we contacted him about it. A very helpful person!
