We arrived really late but Michaela was there waiting with a smile and took time to sit down with us and share lots of useful information. She also responded very quickly and effectively with a couple of issues when we contacted her - replacing a broken hairdryer and explaining about a power cut in the area. The location of the apartment was perfect and the air conditioning was a blessing. We were able to walk or get a bus everywhere we wanted to get to without any difficulty. We will miss the lovely portiere, his mum and Ottavia, the cat, but especially the breakfast team at Bar Peru, who greeted us with friendly faces every day. :)
