We had a wonderful stay at Casa Fabbrini… it’s one of those rare places that feels both beautifully designed and genuinely welcoming. The location is perfect… tucked away on a quiet street but within easy walking distance of everything. The rooms are elegant, calm and thoughtfully put together, with a real sense of understated Italian style. What really sets it apart, though, is the people. Marzia, who runs reception, is exceptional… warm, attentive and incredibly helpful. From restaurant recommendations to bookings and thoughtful check-ins, she made everything feel effortless and personal. And then there’s Ronan… his homemade cakes are a daily highlight and genuinely outstanding. He looks after guests with such care and generosity, it feels more like staying in someone’s home than a hotel. A truly special place… we’ll definitely be back.

We stayed for two nights, I don’t think I have ever been to a more welcoming place before. The breakfast worth the hype, it was a nice experience to gather with other nationalities and have breakfast together :)). I even asked for one of the cake’s recipe from the staff because it was delicious! It was a pleasure to spend time here, I would definitely come again if I am in Rome.

Excellent breakfast with rich choice of home made cakes and fried eggs made at the moment. Super friendly host. The location in the heart of the Spagna district and at the same time in quiet angle is unmatched.
