My friends and I mostly liked the location and helpful and kind landlords. Situated in the Esquilino district, Casa Esquilina offers convenient access to many of Rome's iconic landmarks. Its proximity to the Manzoni Metro Station, making it easy to explore the city. The Colosseum and Roman Forum are within walking distance, approximately 15–18 minutes away. Additionally, the area has numerous restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes, enhancing the overall convenience for visitors. The thoughtful touches of hosts, including welcome gifts like wine and dessert, add to the homely atmosphere.

The flat was very spacious and nicely furnished. The location was also great - 20-40 minutes walk from most of the tourist sights in the historical center of Rome. The keys handover and communication with the landlord were very easy and pleasant.

We really liked the apartment, it has everything you need and even more. Cozy and clean. We were greeted very warmly, there was even a welcome gift of wine and dessert. Marco and Gianfranco are very responsive and welcoming. We definitely recommend it.

Casa Esquilina was the perfect base for our family trip to Rome! The host was incredibly responsive, always available to assist with any questions or requests, which made our stay hassle-free. The location is unbeatable – just a short walk from the Manzoni Metro Station and within walking distance to Historical Rome. We were able to explore iconic landmarks like the Colosseum and Roman Forum on foot, which added to the charm of our experience. The house itself was very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, making it ideal for a family stay. The convenience of being close to both public transport and key attractions made this accommodation an excellent choice.
