The place is really well decorated and cute. It has anything that can be possibly needed, clean and tidy. and best of all easy nice location with public transport and good neighbourhood. The host is an amazing person, who gave us tons of advises and responded to every our question. He’s really nice and without his help it would be much harder for us.

John is a fabulous host. He went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and to let us know that he was available if anything was needed. He made available some food and drink for us to enjoy and also sent a list of the best places to eat with links to websites. It is very close to public transport and did not take us long to get to any of the main sites this way. We had a vehicle which is why we did not stay in the centre of Rome as parking is scarce. John has a private park available but there is also plenty of street parking in front. A nice quiet area with great shops and restaurants nearby. This place has everything you need. We highly recommend. Thank you John.

The host made us feel at home. The kitchen offered provisions of food and drinks, which saved the day (dinner + breakfast) after a late arrival (with grocery stores already closed). Later check-out was possible.

he put everything for example at evening i feel hungry and i found tea with biscuits which was so pleasing for me. also it was really clean and the host was so polite and welcoming and helpful
