The room was super clean, spacious and had everything you might need. The breakfast is amazing. It’s super close to public transport, in a walking distance to the Colosseum and very accessible. A huge part of the charm of this stay are Silvio and the ladies, they are amazing and we can’t wait to come back! I warmly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rome!

Really great location in the center and close to the subway station. This is not hotel and so stands the price same as the expectations of equipment. Pretty nice appartment though and small breakfast was nice bonus.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel in Rome with my mother. The room was bright and spacious, with a large bathroom, constant hot water, and reliable heating. We never felt the need to ask for anything extra or found ourselves dissatisfied. The towels were changed frequently, and our trash was taken out every day. Inside the room, there were also books and maps available—perfect for passing the time or planning which Roman landmarks to explore. The location was incredibly convenient and central. The metro station was just a 4-minute walk away, and the main train station was only about 10 minutes from the hotel. You can easily explore the area on foot—within a short walking distance, you’ll find the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. Nearby, there are supermarkets, cafés/bars, places to eat, souvenir shops, and much more. Everything was wonderful. Mr. Silvio, with his warm and welcoming attitude, made us feel right at home, and Ms. Violetta greeted us every morning with kindness, helping us with anything we needed and brightening our day. We sincerely thank them both for making our stay so special.

The location was the primary reason for my booking. So being close to all the areas of interest as well as being so close to the train station was a huge plus. There are plenty of restaurants around as well. Definitely no shortage of things to do or see near the suite. The lady in the morning providing breakfast was very sweet. Despite the language barrier, her kind spirit was felt each morning.
