I like the host and the location of the hotel. The hotel staff were also polite and helped us with a plan to explore Roma. The washroom and the room was clean and well maintained.

Beds were good (not too soft for us) and shower had decent water pressure. Air condition worked (although could have been quieter) well and there was a fridge in the room. Staff members were friendly and helpful.

The manager and hotel staff were absolutely fabulous and unbelievably helpful going way above and beyond with advice and guidance. Very kind and friendly.
