This was our second stay here, on returning to Rome. We stayed in the apartment, which was spacious and well equipped with kitchen with a coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher etc and a lounge area with TV. Fabulous!

The hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes walk from Flaminio metro station and within easy walking distance of the Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. The bed was really comfy, rooms were clean and stylish and the staff were superb. I highly recommend Daniele and Debora on the front desk, who were SO friendly and professional. They recommended great places to eat, particularly Negresco just down the street.

This hotel is in a great location for the attractions of Rome. It is a real boutique hotel. The rooms are lovely and very comfortable. We had the terrace suite which was lovely. It had a kettle and a little fridge. The staff are lovely. The man who checked us in ( I didn't get his name) and the two lovely staff ( Damiano and Deborah) who checked us out, were helpful, courteous and professional. We opted for breakfast at the Hotel Locarno across the street. At 16€, the Italian breakfast was an absolute treat, which we ate leisurely in gorgeous surroundings. For an extra 10€ you can opt for the intercontinental including a full menu of cooked to order dishes, which looked delicious. However we were happy with our Italian breakfast which was plentiful and high quality. After check out, we left our luggage and did some more site seeing. On return, we took advantage of the little lounge to relax for 15 minutes with a coffee made by Dimiano from the coffee machine in reception. Deborah offered us cake too.

Great location near to Metro station with easy transport links to colleseum and Vatican areas. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was spotlessly clean and quiet. Had kettle, fridge and minibar. Plenty of restaurants in area and option to purchase breakfast in hotel opposite. Would definitely stay again and recommend. I thought it was good value for Rome.
