Great location, close to Colosseum, transport, and grocery stores. Wonderfully quiet inside the apartment. Comfortable spacious bedrooms and cupboard storage. Living room cool and large but underfurnished. Good bathrooms and towels. Good aircon (absent in one bedroom, where a fan is supplied). Basic kitchen condiments (oil, salt, coffee etc) and washing powder supplied and appreciated. Tap water potable. Some maintenance issues were quickly addressed when reported. Kind, responsive owner, who supplied some useful local advice.

Loved the apartment, really spacious, excellent location, very clean & quiet and great communication from the owners. We really appreciated their tour guide folder, full of useful information.

Perfect location for exploring Rome. Colosseum and metro station a short walk away. The property had everything that we needed and the host kept in contact with us during our stay.
