The breakfast was ok. Coffee machine in the room made lovely coffees. The room was much smaller than we thought it would be and very basic but clean. The staff were helpful and very responsive when we messaged. There was a phone ringing very late at the reception on our last night which kept us awake for a long time as no staff were at the desk.

A nice 3-night stay at Biancore B&B. The room was simple and rather small but we really did not need much more than that, walking around all day long. It’s very centrally located, just across Santa Maria Maggiore, and very close to the metro and train station - I was concerned with the area when booking, but we did not feel unsafe at any time of the day or night coming back to the room. Double glazing windows kept the street noise out. Staff is very kind and accommodating. They kept our luggage after our check-out until our departure. Also, it is worth noting that the building and the bathroom did not smell of any moisture or sewage, which is something that worries me when staying in old buildings. Location great. Cleanliness impeccable. Reception is not full-time staffed, but can be contacted by whatsapp/phone, if needed. They do reply very quickly.
