The apartment itself was fantastic, in an amazing location right near Piazza Navona, clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. It really felt like the perfect base for exploring Rome. However, there was a very big downside, there was no hot water in the shower during our stay. We contacted the person responsible for the apartments, and while someone came the next morning to fix it, the problem remained and we never had hot water. It was especially disappointing because the apartment is otherwise excellent. We were lucky it was early September and the weather was still hot, so showering in cold water was just about bearable but it’s not what you expect at this price and quality level. If the hot water issue is resolved, this would be a wonderful place to stay. But as it stands, the experience was frustrating despite the apartment’s many positives.
