We stayed in the Pink Room and it was really lovely. Good amount of space, bed was comfy, bathroom was clean and there is a nice little area to hang clothes. Location is great. Easy to hop onto the 60 bus to get into the town and a local supermarket across the road to get any little bits needed. Fridge in the room and lovely little balcony. The hosts we really really great, giving us information about public transport and how to get there from the airport. Videos were sent regarding how to get into the apartment with videos of codes etc. extremely helpful.

The location is OK - not too far from downtown, but you'd always need a taxi. The price is decent. The room size is OK (especially for Rome). Overall, the communication with the host(ess?) is ok and efficient, but there have been some hiccups (see below). The Wi-Fi works well.

The room was large, comfortable and nicely decorated. The bathroom was also large and clean, and the shower had several settings. The room was serviced daily. Breakfast was self-service, but not limited in time - you could theoretically have breakfast at 5pm. Best of all was the huge terrace in the shared area where you could sit for breakfast and watch parakeets (yes, there are some in certain districts of Rome!) and baby seagulls on the opposite roof.
