Clear and precise communication. Excellent location near the heart of Trastevere. We had lunch with friends in Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere. Just a ten minute stroll. There is a 24 hour parking garage just across the b&b making it very convenient for unloading lugagge. Alessia & team kindly arranged for an additional single bed for our 10 yr old daughter.

Staff were not on site but were very responsive via WhatsApp, and offered to book tickets to popular attractions.

The communication about the check-in and out was very clear and very friendly. The location was super, walking distance from Trastevere and city center. We could park our car in the garage on the opposite side of the road which was also convenient. Check-out went smoothly and it was nice that we could place our luggage in the kitchen until we left Rome end of afternoon. Would definitely come back !
