Clean, very close to central Rome only 20 odd mins walk. Air conditioning which was a life saver and one of the owner alex I believe also gave me grapes when I bumped into him. So friendly

The location is perfect, near the main train station and within walking distance to city center, the cleanliness, the very friendly stuff! The cleaning was every day, the air conditioning worked well, everything was super! Very close to Santa Maria Maggiore!

A very comfortable, clean, secure, quiet place to stay in when sight-seeing in Rome. Host was very helpful and it was a great location as easy access by bus and walking to a lot of the attractions in Rome. Great air conditioning unit :-)
