A fantastic location, close to transport, places to eat and shop, a supermarket, in a lively area - a great base from which to explore Rome. Exceptional service from hosts, Roberto and Loredana - hard working, kind, friendly and welcoming

We were warmly welcomed by the Roberto the owner, who was very pleasant and took the time to explain everything to us, including recommendations for local restaurants and nearby attractions. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We stayed in an internal room, which was wonderfully quiet—perfect for a good night's rest. Being on the 4th floor wasn’t an issue at all, as there was a lift available. The location is excellent—less than a 5-minute walk to Rome's main train station, Roma Termini. We were heading off on a cruise, so it was incredibly convenient to walk to the station and catch a direct train to Civitavecchia. A great stay all around!
