The location was great for sightseeing in central Rome. A short walk from the train station and all major monuments and sights within an easy walk. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast of reasonable quality to help you start the day.

The location is fantastic, you can walk to all the main attractions easily, most only 15mins away, Colosseum, Forum & Palatine Hill, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps and Parthenon. We arrived from the Amalfi coast by train, easily walked from station to apartment. The family apartment was great for our family, two children aged 12 & 14. The instructions to access the room were very clear and easy to follow, key was in a key safe. Beds were comfortable and bathroom clean with great shower. Very quiet. Breakfast was included with a good selection, pastries, fresh fruit, cereals, toast, cheese and meats, eggs etc. We were able to leave our bags in reception free of charge for the day whilst we toured Rome.

The room room was clean. The bathroom had bo dide, and the balcony was not a balcony but there was a hot water tank and 3 air-conditioning units. I will ask for compensation.
