We had a lovely stay, the room was clean, they changed or towels midway throughout our stay. The host was very communicative and helpful.

The location is very convenient — the metro and bus stops are nearby, so it’s easy to reach any part of the city. The area is quiet, and the room is peaceful — perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The building is clean and well maintained, with an elevator. The room is spacious, tidy, and has everything you need, including extra blankets in case it gets cool. The atmosphere is cozy and feels like home: there’s a fridge in the kitchen and everything you need to make tea, coffee, or a light snack. There’s even an umbrella in the hallway you can use if needed. You get your own keys for all doors. The Wi-Fi is 5G and works perfectly. The host is simply wonderful — very attentive and kind, with genuine care for the guests. I really didn’t want to leave and would be happy to come back again!

The room was nice and tidy. Very clean. The room was ready for us 30 minutes before the scheduled check-in. The location was perfect. 15 minutes walk to Coloseum. Highly recommended.

2 km to colosseum, clean, close to lots of restaurants, close to marker penny, hopefull owner, very kind and nice. Maps of restaurants available in place by QR code. Lucia will also advise what to visit. We had a lovely time in Roma!!!
