The B&B Easy is located very close to Roma Ostiense train statio (5 minute walk). Maurizio is a wonderful host who will contact you before you arrive to establish contact. I've been communicating with him using WhatsApp. He has two flats that now have four rooms. Most rooms (I think) have a bathroom inside the room, but once I stayed the bathroom was separate (but still private). Both flats have a shared kitchen where there is some food (yogurt, cakes and cookies) and drink (juices, coffee, tea) available. For €2 you can have unlimited filtered normal or carbonated water. Everything is spotlessly clean and there are nice touches like chargers with different charging cables in the room. The TV has Netflix for free.

Clean, good amount of products in the fridge and pantry, fresh croissants in the morning, good coffee machines, quiet, close to metro station, lots of restaurants around
