Excellent Maurizios attitude, small neccesary things in apartment available for visitors (umbrellas, milk, juice, papers, pencils etc.). These are pretty helpful when you travel.

The whole setup is perfect! Provided with access once arrival time is confirmed with your host Maurizio welcoming you! I'm disabled and require the use of a wheelchair so having a hired one delivered was very easy with Maurizio. We had the large room with the hot tub and the room was amazing. Very spacious and clean, great facilities in the room are provide including a 'delonghi' as well as a kettle. Welcome snacks were provided along with a bottle of bubbly. Tea and coffees of course and a decent sized fridge too. Big screen TV with Netflix, oh and remote control for the blind too!! Very good quality (ikea) bathroom! The windows are very very good, you can't hear a thing despite the building being on the busy road, right by a train track. The kitchen and set-up for your room is very well done, with your own basket and fridge container for your breakfast each morning, along with 2 quality coffee bean makers. The pastries were so nice! Maurizio was always on hand very quickly to provide any help and support if you needed it, very happy to provide info too, we had a comprehensive guide given to us, we found the best gelato place over the road!! And an amazing restaurant for authentic pizza on the side road behind is (there was actually a long queue of people on the pavement on Friday evening for take away or tables, waiting over an hour for some so arrive early if you can) there were 7 of us too!) I can't recommend this place enough if you want to visit Rome, so so glad we stayed here for our visit and very thankful to Maurizio for all of his support as a host.

Good location for transport links to the rest of Rome. Maurizio was an excellent host. Nothing was too much trouble whether booking a taxi to recommending restaurants. Kept the rooms clean and tidy and all food was topped up in the kitchen so we never ran out of essentials.
