The host couldn’t be anymore accommodating and helpful. The room was cleaned to an exceptional standard. Location is AMAZING around a 6 minute walk to the pantheon and a 13 minute walk to the trevi fountain - and this is walking with a 10 year old. It’s also in a super safe location and although close to things, there is no noise at night time. The breakfast in bed was out of this world- you literally pop on the outside of your door what you want and the time it is brought to your room and they are on the ball, everything is warm and delicious (and our daughter is a fussy eater) - it also comes on a cute trolley! Checking in and out was so easy, if someone isn’t on reception you are given a virtual key to scan yourself in. If we come to Rome again, we will absolutely be stopping in this b&b again. Highly recommend, from a family of 3.

Wonderful experience! We had a Double room with a huge terrace directly in the Center of Rome. You can Walk easily to Termini Station after arriving by Plane & can reach every Sightseeing spot in a short Walk. The breakfast at the room was great & Had Lots to offer in comparison to a standard italian breakfast We will definitly be Back!

Location - within 15-30 min you can, walking, reach any top location in the City. Elisa, young lady responsible for premise on-site, is wonderful. Room is also spacious for three of us, clean and tidy.

Room is very clean and everything was new. Very good windows with %80 voice isolation.
