I loved everything: great location (close to Termini, two metro stations and easy to get to the city centre), amazing breakfast (with fresh pastries and fruit salad), cozy atmosphere and very welcoming hosts! It's my second time here and I will definitely return.

Marco was very helpful and friendly. The guest house has a lovely peaceful terrace. The room was spacious and clean. We had an early appointment and Marco kindly arranged for us to pick up breakfast from the local cafe before we set out.

We loved this place! Under a 10 minute easy walk from the train/metro/bus stations. Felt quieter than many areas in the city. Easy to get around on foot or by metro to visit all the attractions Rome has to offer. We were made to feel very welcome, it was exceptionally clean, had a comfortable bed and a really delicious breakfast on the terrace when the weather allowed. Umbrellas to borrow if the weather takes a turn for the worse! We were able to leave our bags at the accommodation post check out time which was great as we had a late flight home. We would definitely return to Babbo’s guest house if travelling back to Rome!
