B&B Vaticanrooms is perfectly located in the Prati neighbourhood of Rome. It is about 4 minutes away from Ottaviano metro stop, and 3 minutes from the walls of the Vatican. Signora Anna is incredibly kind, helpful and very attentive. She is organized and is always willing to be of any help to her guests. We truly had an incredible time. Highly recommended!! Grazie ancora Signora Anna per tutto!

The owner of the house was very friendly and always open to help. The location is great, just few blocks from The Vatican and walking distance to Plaza Navona. The area is full of nice restaurants and cafes.

- Excellent location: 5 minute walk from the walls of Vatican or the nearest Metro station (Ottaviano). - Big, warm room with it's own bathroom. Basic hygiene products provided in the bathroom free of charge. - Cleaning done everyday. - Quiet and dark during the night, easy to sleep. - The owner is very welcoming and accommodating of extra requests (for example: leaving our bags in the apartment after checkout wasn't a problem).

Great location, the landlady was charming, lovely and very helpful. I felt ‘at home’. The room was nice and clean.
