The room was well decorated and very clean. The guest house had some additional amenities like guide books and board games. Overall excellent value for money.

It was so clean and in walking distance to every thing, we literally only caught a bus once and that was to get to the property. Check in was super easy

The room is really spacious, the bed is large and comfortable. It is a great location, local, nice neighbourhood, good cafes and local restaurants nearby, right by a small local food market too. Not too far from the Vatican and the historic centre with a bus ride or long walk. It's fairly quiet.

I come in Rome since 2013, 2-3 times per year and I can say this was one of the best room I stayed in. Everything was comfortable, the bed, the bathroom, even the floor which is made of real wooden parquet. And the room was very clean also. The location is also good, 10-15 min walk to the metro station and Vatican, and 15-20 min of Stadio Olimpico (I actually ' ve chosen for the proximity to the stadium 🙂. When I entered the room, I found a small basket with croissants, pancakes, coffe , tea, and a refrigerator with yogurts and even a cold bottle of water, everything at your disposal.
