The location is perfect, 15 minutes to nearest Metro stop - Lepanto, many buses to all parts of the city, bus stops close by, a fairly residential neighbourhood, some noise, Rome is noisy and fabulous, but with the windows closed and aircon on, no problem getting a decent sleep. Facitilities and room are very clean, the room was functional and had everything needed for a short stay. I stayed 4 nights.

Nice and clean. It's an apartment building spliced into single rooms with a private bathroom. They take your breakfast on a tray to your room: coffee, juice, pastry and yogurt.
