Excellent service, nice people. Separate house, small but comfortable. We could use everything that was provided (we used the kitchen, the grill outside). Excellent, clean pool. Also special thanks for the transfer from and to the airport!

The location is fantastic, only 30 minutes into central Rome but feels like you are in a private oasis miles away. Andrea and Fredericka were absolutely perfect hosts with lots of tips and advice on how to spend our time in the city. Our favourite day was renting the bikes and cycling up to the catacombs.

Tucked away in the heart of Rome’s timeless charm, this bnb was an unexpected gem. We stayed for a week at Appia Antica Cottage, and every moment felt thoughtfully curated—from the sun-dappled garden corners perfect for a quiet read, to the cozy kitchen stocked all things necessary. When my wife came down with a bit of an unwell stretch, the hosts were nothing short of angels—gracious, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their warmth (and their three delightful dogs) made it feel less like a rental and more like a home away from home. With the whispers of ancient history all around and nature at your doorstep, this stay beautifully blended Roman magic with heartfelt hospitality.

Beautiful tranquil place away from the hustle and bustle of Rome but very close to the centre!! Very good spot!! The hosts were great!! Very warm and welcoming!! They have a beautiful place and their hospitality is a huge added bonus!! Had some great conversations with the host! We would stay again!!!
