Great location! Clean apartment and good sized for an EU city. Well equipped. An added bonus is the milk, juice, coffee, tea, etc provided. Would definitely stay here again if I returned to Rome.

We had a wonderful stay at Fabio’s place in Rome. The apartment was extremely clean, comfortable, and clearly prepared with great care. There were so many thoughtful details inside the room — from snacks and espresso capsules to small but meaningful touches like the diffuser attachment for curly hair on the hair dryer. These details really made us feel at home. The location was absolutely perfect. During our 3-day stay, we were able to reach all the main attractions simply by walking. Everything was close, yet the apartment itself was calm and relaxing. Fabio was very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt welcomed. Thank you so much for everything. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome.

Fantastic location and nice to have more space than a hotel. Fabio was fantastic to deal with too.
